Appointment fees* ​

Virtual consultation - $75

Weight loss (in person) - $75

Cosmetic (in person) - $150 (applied towards treatment)

Initial HRT (in person) - $750

Please note, we are out of network. Upon request, we will provide you a detailed breakdown and coding should you wish to make an insurance claim.

Our office strives to provide expert care for its patients, so we do not double-book. We understand that emergencies do occur. If you need to cancel an appointment for you or a family member, please give our office at least a 24-hour advance notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $75 fee.
